Gini Nelson is Manager and Principal of Engaging Conflicts, LLC of Santa Fe, New Mexico. She has been a practicing attorney for 25 years. Among other legal professional activities she sits on the New Mexico Bar Association’s Law Office Management Committee, and presents CLE programs on conflict communication, and appropriate use of internet-based technologies for professional, business and personal development.
Through Engaging Conflicts, LLC, Gini publishes the Engaging Conflicts blog (EngagingConflicts.com), a Mediate.com Featured Blog; sits on the Charter Panel of negotiation and conflict counselors at Mediate.com’s new service, Instant Assist (InstantAssist.com); and provides direct training, consulting and coaching services to help people handle conflict.
Gini has an MA in Sociology, and received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
