Great ADR Track At New Mexico Bar’s July Annual Meeting! — EngagingConflicts.com
There was an entire ADR track at the New Mexico Bar’s July annual meeting in Ruidoso, with presentations on ADR in family law cases, in employment disputes, in health care, and in governmental services. The conference was well-attended… I’m sure in part because of its entire program, but I’m also sure that attendance was enhanced by the fact that the Keynote Speaker was Retired Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court Sandra Day O’Connor, speaking on “Independence of the Judiciary.” Bravo to the ADR program planners and presenters, and to the New Mexico Bar for spotlighting ADR!
