Thinking Blogger Award – Thank you! — EngagingConflicts.com
I thank my friend Victoria Pynchon, who writes the Settle It Now Negotiation Blog, for recently awarding Engaging Conflicts a Thinking Blogger Award. She was given that honor by my friend Stephanie West Allen of the Idealawg blog. The award is, basically, a meme tag game with these rules:
1. If, and only if, you get tagged, write a post with links to 5 blogs that make you think,
2. Link to this post so that people can easily find the exact origin of the meme,
3. Optional: Proudly display the ‘Thinking Blogger Award’ with a link to the post that you wrote (here is an alternative silver version if gold doesn’t fit your blog).
My turn now, to tag five blogs “with real merits … above all – blogs that really get you thinking!” Here’s my list (not in order, and NOT including all blogs that really get me thinking!):
- Bill Moyers Journal, a companion blog to his new PBS series;
- MindHacks (relating to “neuroscience and psychology tricks to find out what’s going on inside your brain”);
- ScienceBlogs, as they put it, “a digital science salon featuring the leading bloggers from a wide array of scientific disciplines”;
- Victoria’s Settle It Now Negotiation Blog (yes, I like her writings, too); and
- Dr. Petra Boynton’s blog — Dr. Petra is a sex and relationship psychologist in England.
A pleasure to share — I hope you find some of them interesting!
